Todosol Dream - A Gorgeous Villa in SpainVilla DescriptionThis lovely two bedroom two bath home has a private swimming
pool and is set on a mountain side with views of the sea from
the living room kitchen and one of the bedrooms. Terra cotta
new floors, The saltwater pool is brand new as is all the patio furniture. The sea is less than an 8 minute walk away, as well as the supermarket, restaurants and bars all being with in close proximity. It's a lovely relaxing place, perfect for honeymooners or two couples on a budget as the price is great!! Quiet, secluded, yet in minutes you can be surrounded by people when you go in town to the main plaza. It's a favourite resort area for foreigners from England,
France and Germany. I bought this beautiful home, and entirely
renovated it because I plan to live in this lovely place when I
retire. It couldn't be I fell in love with the view the moment I looked out of the living room window. I sit for hours, eating, drinking wine or talking with friends as I look at the view. I can hardly drag myself away from the view to watch the plasma T.V. complete with free movies! It's lovely at any time of day. If it gets too hot, I can either turn on the air conditioning or take a dip in the very deep salt water pool. If you rent a car to get around town, parking is free if you park at the port and walk around the picture square village. Old men with their grandchildren sit in the square and feed
the white pigeons that are as tame as can be. There is a
wedding practically every Saturday in the ancient church and as
you sit and drink coffee at the open air cafes you can watch

Extra Information about the Todosol Dream VillaThis gorgeous home is surrounded by patio areas, near the front door is a huge outdoor space with table and chairs. Inside the VillaSleeping: The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin. The property also has 1 single sofa bed located in the Living room. This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use. General: The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm. Entertainment: The villa has television video, DVD, satellite/cable. The music system will play CDs. Eating & living: There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils. Smoking: This is a non-smoking villa, smoking is only permitted outside. Pets: Pets are not welcome sorry!
